I love challenges! I want to achieve the impossible mural and bring it to life. Throughout the years, my murals tend to just keep getting larger then life. It makes such an impact on the viewer when they cannot tell what is real and what isn't. I very much enjoy what I do. The smile on the clients face when I know that successfully made someone happy is truly rewarding! I love the hugs from clients when I'm finished! I am blessed to be given this talent and I love to share it with others!
I have over 16 years experience painting murals. After graduating in 1993, I worked as a graphic designer for an in-house local retailer and in 1997, I then moved to an award-winning ad agency. During my employment I worked as a muralist part-time in the evenings and finally in 2000 started Murage murals and decorative painting.
In July of 2009, I shifted gears and opened a retail store called Murage Natural Art & Repurposed Chic. We are a sustainable decorative painting company offering eco-friendly wall options for clients, such as clay plasters and organic paints for your walls. We also have 11 different artists who do a number of upcycled gifts and art.
My work has been displayed at many home shows and display homes. I've had a number of articles written about me and my company Murage.
